When you make a JazzCash or Easypaisa deposit, the transaction is initiated through the respective payment provider's secure API. We receive confirmation of the successful transaction along with a transaction reference number and the PKR amount. Your JazzCash or Easypaisa PIN is entered directly in that provider's interface and is never transmitted to or stored by RRR Game.

For card payments, we use a payment gateway that handles card data directly. Your full card number and CVV are processed by the gateway and are not stored on our servers at any point. We retain only the last four digits of your card number for identification purposes when you contact support about a transaction.

Bank account details provided for withdrawal purposes via Raast or direct bank transfer are stored in encrypted form. They are used only for processing the withdrawal you have requested and are not shared with any party other than the banking network processing the transaction.
