A bet may be declared void and your stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion; the event is postponed beyond a period defined in the market rules; a clear pricing error occurred at the time the odds were offered; or the market result cannot be verified from official sources within a reasonable period.
Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or recognised official source. For Cricket matches, the official result from the International Cricket Council (ICC) or the relevant board governs settlement. In the event of a dispute, the decision of RRR Game's trading team is final subject to the review process described in the Contact section below.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance – including bonus funds and associated winnings – may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for operational reasons not related to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the most recent withdrawal-eligible payment method.
Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Where a player requests closure for responsible gaming reasons, the account will be closed promptly and will not be reopened for a reasonable cooling-off period regardless of subsequent requests.
